Welcome to the Bumon organization's 5th Kyu Jujutsu online course, an advanced stage in its martial path, where students delve into more complex techniques and develop a more refined understanding of this ancient art. This course is designed to expand your skills and knowledge, preparing you for more sophisticated challenges and effective self-defense techniques.

Throughout this course, we will explore advanced Jujutsu and Bojutsu techniques, starting with "Bojutsu Dai Ippo", a fundamental introduction to long staff (bō) handling that lays the foundation for more complex techniques in the future. We will continue with "Ganseki Nage", a throwing technique that simulates lifting and throwing a large rock towards the opponent, focusing on efficient use of energy and balance.

Delving into the tradition of Takagi Yoshin Ryu, we study "Katamuna Dori", a technique that emphasizes control and restraint of the opponent, followed by advanced variations of throws such as "Katate Gyaku Seoi Nage" and "Katate Seoi Nage", which show different ways to effectively execute these techniques from one-handed grips.

This level also introduces "Morote Gyaku", a reversal technique using both hands, and "Omote Henka Dori" along with "Omote Shuto", developing skills to counter and attack using the palm of the hand. We will delve into specific neutralization and finishing techniques, such as "Oya Goroshi", a method of controlling and potentially ending a confrontation.

Each technique will be broken down and taught by Takaharu, who will share his vast experience and deep understanding of Jujutsu.
